Today’s puzzle is similar to one from a few weeks ago. I had asked for the longest possible word where each letter comes after the previous in the alphabet and got many interesting answers. The challenge is the same today, but with a different sequence of letters.
NO REPEAT LETTERS ALLOWED.
Note that on a standard keyboard, the keys are staggered such that A is slightly to the right of Q and Z is slightly to the right of A, and so on, such that each letter has a definitive location in the sequence. There are some exceptions (I see my mobile phone shifts the bottom row too far due to having the shift key but no tab or caps lock), so I’m including an image of a standard keyboard for reference.
So in the event QAZWSXEDCRFVTGBYHNUJMIKOLP were actually a word, you’d have a 26 character winner. However, since that’s not a word, you’re going to have to do some work to find the best answer contained within.
Will this one STUMP you? (STUMP is a valid answer here!)
